Max Krzyminski is a highly regarded commercial real estate professional with over a decade of experience in the retail investment sector. He began his career in Oak Brook, Illinois, within the Chicago MSA, where he built a solid foundation in the industry. Driven by innovation, Max relocated to Orlando, Florida, to join the startup firm Cite Partners. His leadership was instrumental in the company’s growth and its subsequent acquisition by JLL, a move that equipped him with valuable expertise and relationships essential in supporting the foundation of Green Towers Realty.

As the Managing Director at Green Towers Realty, Max spearheads efforts to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients in Central Florida. He helped establish the team as retail investment market leaders and provides strategic guidance throughout the investment cycle, ensuring clients maximize returns from acquisition to disposition.

In public service, Max has served for seven years on Clermont, Florida’s Planning and  Zoning Board, including four as Chairman of the Board. He has played a key role in advancing the city’s urban planning and fostering balanced community growth.

Max’s client-first approach prioritizes long-term relationships, offering tailored strategies that exceed expectations and drive success.

Jerry Lee Hanbery obtained his Juris Doctorate and dual B.A. degrees from the University of Florida, where he was President of the John Marshall Bar Association, a member of Florida Blue Key, Vice Magister of Phi Delta Phi, and Editor in Chief of Florida Journal of International Law.

In addition to his law and undergraduate degrees, Jerry has an MA in Ethics from Yale University and an MBA from the University of Connecticut with a concentration in Finance and Technology.

His practice entails land use, litigation, insurance defense, real estate, business, agriculture, and intellectual property law. He has worked as a litigator, real estate broker, CEO, CCO, COO, and General Counsel in private practice and several companies. His experience has been in tech start-ups, large investment firms focusing on real estate, and construction companies.

Jerry is a member of the Florida Bar, Texas Bar, and Orange County Bar Association and was in executive leadership in the Association of Corporate Counsel.

As the State Chair of Ducks Unlimited, he is actively involved in conservation and wetlands preservation. He is involved in Scouts and manages a cattle ranch in Central Florida.
